The ServiceNow Administrator/ Developer will: provide analysis of problems while working toward solutions to technical issues; deploy new releases and/ or enhancements into the ServiceNow environment; maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions; perform system and integration testing; and is responsible for creation and documentation of user test cases.

The ServiceNow Administrator/ Developer will maintain an understanding of ServiceNow modules and a good knowledge of ServiceNow Software licensing functionality. This person will Provide ServiceNow configuration and customization assistance including but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting, and third party software integrations.

• Solid understanding of all aspects of the software project lifecycle and release process
• Partnering with business and technical teams to identify objectives and help define and document requirements and process diagrams
• Coordination and/or execution of testing – functional an system testing, including creation of test plans, test cases
• Leading or participating in train-the-trainer sessions and ensuring successful knowledge transfer of new features/functionality to appropriate stakeholder teams

Ability to independently plan deliverables and coordinate with team-members located at off-site locations
ServiceNow Tool expertise – module features and functionality (to include: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Reports, SLAs, CMDB…)
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven experience as a member of a small team and self-starter
Preferred, but not required:
3 years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist
3 years experience with ITIL Service Management processes
4 years experience with web technologies including Ajax/ API’s / CSS / XML / HTML / Javascript / ISON / Webservices
2 years of experience with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) including data importing and management
2 years of Agile software development methodologies experience (e.g Scrum)
