Responsible for hands on testing of application performance.
Responsible for documenting the non-functional requirements required for a successful performance test.
Responsible for test scripts, test data, design of performance testing suite, results analysis and performance reporting.
Responsible for documentation of the performance test framework.
Responsible for managing performance test scheduling and execution.
Ensure test strategy is useful to all stakeholders.
Assist in identifying any issues found as a result of the testing process.
Should be able to lead a small team of performance test engineers.
Monitor test progress and provide test reporting metrics for measuring performance test status as needed.

Must have 4-6 years experience with HP Performance Center/LoadRunner testing Java based web applications. SAP portal performance testing experience is nice to have.
